  • Dhaka Environmentally Sustainable Water Supply Project - Distribution Network Improvement (ICB 2.7)

  • Badda, Dhaka 1214

  • The aim of the Project is to improve the water supply network of Dhaka City by dividing the network into approximately 100 District Metering Areas (DMAs) rehabilitation or replacement, of water lines between 75 and 450 mm diameter and replacement of approximately 175000 connections serving more than 8 million people.

To cope up with demand of non-metallic pipes in pipeline laying works using uPVC and HDPE Pipes the founder of Falgu Sandhani Limited, Mr. Mohammad Nurul Akram launched an industry named Falgu Polymer Industries Limited (FPIL) in the year 2006 to produce and suffice the demand of uPVC and HDPE Pipes and Fittings required for institutional customers like Dhaka WASA, Chittagong WASA, BDMA (Bangladesh Diploma Medical Association), DPHE (Department of Public Health Engineering) and for customers where pipeline laying works are required to be done.
